Job descriptionReport to Business Director Work in Marketing Division Lead one of the Business Units Lead Business Unit consisiting of Program Managers and Marketing Executives Lead Business Unit consisiting of dedicated subordinates from marketing, materials management, quality and engineering functions to drive for profitability of the business unit Lead program management of the Business Unit Lead customer negotiation & interface New product introduction management Degree holder preferably in Engineering / Business / Marketing, or equivalent 5+ years managerial or team leader experience in program management / sales / marketing; of which 2+ years in EMS company Rich experience in customer negotiation & interface, RFQ & quotation, contract & agreement reviews, risk management & cost recovery, new product introduction management Proficient in English and Mandarin Strong business acumen to comprehend market situation and provide insightful business and operation plans & strategies 5 days work Work based in Guangdong factory Hong Kong employment contract Hong Kong MPF Accomodation provided 3 meals provided Work-life balance culture
