Job descriptionTertiary education or university degree (a law degree is not mandatory) 3+ years of relevant immigration or employment law experience in relation to Hong Kong and / or other countries, ideally from law firms, professional services or immigration consulting firms. Immigration consultants or specialists are encouraged to apply Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is a must Strong ability to manage projects independently

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join the Immigration team of a prestigious international law firm. This role offers the chance to work alongside a team of highly skilled international lawyers and provides strong support for career growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide assistance to lawyers on both inbound and outbound immigration matters for multinational clients
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in Hong Kong's immigration policies
- Prepare and manage immigration and employment-related documentation
- Support the application and renewal processes for employment visas
- Liaise with external counsel and maintain accurate records and reports within the firm's database system
