Job descriptionLaw degree with a minimum 3 years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on Debt Capital Markets . Prior experience working in international law firms is essential. Excellent understanding of capital markets instruments and transaction lifecycle. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Work with a globally recognized legal team. About the Role :
Our client, a prestigious international law firm renowned for its global reach and sophisticated legal services, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join its Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside top-tier legal professionals on high-profile cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support lawyers in managing complex DCM transactions
- Draft and review transaction documents such as board resolutions, closing checklists, and certificates.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing client presentations and pitch materials.
- Maintain and organize transaction files and manage post-closing documentation.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stock exchanges for listing and compliance matters.
