Take responsibility of the customer experience by managing the customers’ international supply chain in coordination with relevant stakeholders;Build strong customer relationships, solve customer query about operations and be curious around their business needs and drivers, to better serve them and identify new business opportunities;Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, monitor agreed service level and build operational knowledge
Requirements :
- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution
- Or holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree with 1-2 years working experience in logistics industry
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- High willingness to accept responsibility and drive results
- Ability to work with a high number of teams internationally and internal stakeholders on various projects
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to learn and work under pressure
