Duties
The appointee will be required, but not limited to, providing the following services :
- to plan, design and organize campus improvement works;
- to liaise with different schools and units;
- to prepare specifications, drawings, tender documents, etc. for the works;
- to supervise contractors and monitor the work progress; and
- to perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Facilities Management or his delegates.
Requirements
Applicants should :
possess a degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies / Building Services / Architectural Studies / Construction Management / Engineering Management or related discipline;have at least 3 years of working experience of which about 2 years’ experience in relevant field is preferred;be good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and other related software; andhave good interpersonal and communication skills.Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
