Responsibilities
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the department
- Arrange meeting schedules and make travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations and other corresponding documents
- Handle visits and incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain filing system
- Assist in billing process
- Assist in invoicing and expense reports submission
- Help with daily operation management for the managers / executives
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned
