Lead the digital transformation, and develop short-term and long-term product roadmapsDevelop and execute strategies for the go-to-market and commercialisation of the digital productsLeverage digital marketing, communications and other engagement approaches to improve platform usage; Co-develop customer engagement strategies (e.g. new features) of different digital channelsWork closely with internal teams (e.g. Development & Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, etc.) to enhance the user experienceWork with marketing agencies on promoting digital assetsDevelop customer-centric best practices to bring the products closer to the usersLead UAT to ensure the final product is developed as per business requirements and approved designLeverage data and research to improve the customer journey and user experience of product users; Collect customer insights, design process solutions, analyse cost / benefit, deliver solutions, and communicate results throughout the organisationCoordinate different business units, translating the business needs into requirements and specificationsProduct and project management, effectively monitor and control the progress of projects to ensure efficient and thorough delivery within the given timeline and resourcesskills & experiences required.
Degree holder of any related discipline8+ years of experience in customer experience / digital transformation / product development / product management / project management in internet / emerging technology / e-commerce companies / consulting firms / large scale and complex organisationsExperience with Agile / Scrum / project management methodologies will be an advantageExperience with business / data / digital analytics tools will be an advantageExcellent stakeholders management and interpersonal skillsExcellent communications skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and EnglishSenior) Customer Experience Manager | app digital journey
