The company is a sizable and renowned corporate in Hong Kong and the region. With a successful business performance and sustainable corporate brand, the company continues to expand its influence into multiple industries and portfolios. The company has consolidated its Customer Experience function and is looking for experienced candidates to enhance consumers' digital journey and expand the digital capability of the department and the company.

  • Lead the digital transformation, and develop short-term and long-term product roadmaps
  • Develop and execute strategies for the go-to-market and commercialisation of the digital products
  • Leverage digital marketing, communications and other engagement approaches to improve platform usage; Co-develop customer engagement strategies (e.g. new features) of different digital channels
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Development & Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, etc.) to enhance the user experience
  • Work with marketing agencies on promoting digital assets
  • Develop customer-centric best practices to bring the products closer to the users
  • Lead UAT to ensure the final product is developed as per business requirements and approved design
  • Leverage data and research to improve the customer journey and user experience of product users; Collect customer insights, design process solutions, analyse cost / benefit, deliver solutions, and communicate results throughout the organisation
  • Coordinate different business units, translating the business needs into requirements and specifications
  • Product and project management, effectively monitor and control the progress of projects to ensure efficient and thorough delivery within the given timeline and resources

  • Degree holder of any related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in customer experience / digital transformation / product development / product management / project management in internet / emerging technology / e-commerce companies / consulting firms / large scale and complex organisations
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum / project management methodologies will be an advantage
  • Experience with business / data / digital analytics tools will be an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
