Role Overview
Provide high quality of written responses to regulators for formal complaints
Liaise with different operations functions for complaint investigation
Deal with customer complaints and enquiries, ensuring end-to-end management with regular communication and feedback professionally
Ideal Profile
University graduate with at least 10 years working experience and insurance industry would be preferable
Positive attitude with strong service orientation
Strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
