About Our Client

Our client is a private club operating a prestigious fitness centre in Hong Kong. It offers a diverse range of fitness programs, equipments and expert trainers who cater to the unique needs of its valued members. The client is now hiring a Fitness Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations of the fitness centre.

Responsibility

• Manage the fitness programs and daily operations of the fitness centre, ensuring smooth and high-quality gym operations, including training, advice, and client inductions.
• Oversee personal training and group class programs, monitore quality, attendance, and client feedback to enhance customer care and retain existing members.
• Manage the gym revenue and performance against budget, implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for member satisfaction, facility usage, and revenue from various services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing strategies and promotional activities aimed at increasing gym attendance and overall revenue.
• Work closely with trainers to design and promote customized programs that cater to the diverse interests and requirements of members and guests.
• Conduct regular inspections of gym equipment and facilities, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs to uphold quality standards.
• Oversee procurement activities, ensuring all equipment complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain rigorous hygiene and safety protocols to meet statutory requirements and minimize liability risks.
• Handle member complaints and incidents, including emergencies, with professionalism and a focus on swift resolution.
