Job Duties :
- Generate new revenue from customers to meet an annual sales quota assigned.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction in order to increase sales revenue.
- Manage key accounts and develop long term business relationship with customers.
- Participate in development of IT Solution to address customers’ business need with value propositions to close a sale.
- Develop, manage and maintain strong account relationships with customers.
- Work cross-organizationally to co-ordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers.
- Achieve customer satisfaction index
Job Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science or a related Discipline.Minimum 8 years of post-qualification IT experiences.Knowledge of Alteryx, Qlik, Talend, Azure, AWS is highly preferable.Passionate in new technologies in AI, Data Analytics and Digital Transformation consulting.Self-motivated, result oriented and with the ability to generate new business opportunities from ground level.Ability to communicate effectively with all level of users and team members.Initiative, customer-focused, independent and able to work under pressure.Presentable. Strong client facing experiences.Good spoken and written English is a MUST.Hunter type. Strong communication and negotiation skill
