This role offers hands-on experience in the critical area of outlets mobilization within our school portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Head and Operations Director, you will develop a deep understanding of mobilization processes while enhancing your skills in project coordination, marketing, and sales.
Job Duties :
- Follow up with suppliers and manage purchase orders to ensure seamless operations.
- Track mobilization progress and oversee the setup or renovation of outlets, ensuring all processes align with timelines.
- Coordinate marketing activities with Operations and UM to optimize campaign planning and execution.
- Support the preparation of business proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, HR, and HSE) to ensure smooth project completion and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
Currently enrolled in a diploma, bachelor or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Have the eligibility to work as an intern in Hong Kong (overseas students must obtain a no-objection letter or other approvals from corresponding institutions)Place of work and working hours :
