AVP - Business Projects (Equities), Greater China focused

Job descriptionDegree holder in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related discipline At least 4-8 years business project experience relating to the Greater China market Open to candidates from Management Consulting firms (financial services industry knowledge is ideal but not a must) Experienced in liaising with China regulators and stakeholders Excellent project execution ability, strong presentation and interpersonal skills Confident, strong capability to work with Front-Office and multiple Business Heads Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin (Chinese and English reports writing is required) Executive sizeable projects and growth initiatives for the Equities Trading business division Responsible for projects implementation, propose business cases, feasibility studies and strategic solutions Conduct in-depth market research relating to the macro-economic environment, global markets trends, new products development etc. Prepare markets reports, conduct financial analysis and compile key trends in PowerPoint presentations Act as a business partner to strategize projects with Risk, Compliance, Technology departments Ensure growth initiatives meet with Hong Kong and PRC regulatory requirements with appropriate risk & control appetite Degree holder in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related discipline At least 4-8 years business project experience relating to the Greater China market Open to candidates from Management Consulting firms (financial services industry knowledge is ideal but not a must) Experienced in liaising with China regulators and stakeholders Excellent project execution ability, strong presentation and interpersonal skills Confident, strong capability to work with Front-Office and multiple Business Heads Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin (Chinese and English reports writing is required)

- Responsible for projects implementation, propose business cases, feasibility studies and strategic solutions
