Working Location : Sai Kung

Responsibilities :

Property and facility management

All other duties as assigned by the Estate Manager or the Employer

Immediate availability is preferable

Requirements :

Tertiary Education or equivalent

Holder of PMP1 / PMP2 License and Security Personnel Permit

3 years' practical experience or above, in residential property management

Fluency in English and Cantonese

Knowledge of MS Office

PMP1 / PMP2 license holder with more than 5 years' solid practical experience will be considered for the post of Senior Estate Officer
