East West Bank Hong Kong Branch is looking for a talent with business planning background to provide executive administrative duties and project management supports to our Head of Asia – Global Banking & Head of Global Product Management.
Responsibilities
The role of Executive Assistant includes several areas of key responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule Management
- Manage and organize the Head of Asia's schedule to ensure meetings, appointments, and events do not conflict
- Organize travel plans for the Head of Asia and regional product team, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Coordinate with different departments to confirm meeting times and locations, and reminding of upcoming commitments
Communication Coordination
Act as a liaison between the Head of Asia and other team members across different locations including Hong Kong, China and US, as well as external partnersConsolidate team’s expenditures and travel / vacation plans for Head of Asia’s review and approvalHandle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismAdministrative & Team Supports
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, and managing documentationCreate presentation materials for meetings and ensure all relevant documents are organized and accessible.Project Management
Support the Head of Asia and team in managing ongoing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are metMaintain project timelines and follow up with team members on their tasks to ensure everything stays on track.Qualifications
Requirements :
At least 10 – 15 years of related experience in banking or financial services industry is essentialDegree in Finance / Economics / Business Administration / Accounting or related disciplineAble to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior managementStrong problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations and find efficient solutionsAbility to work independently, strong commercial sense, meticulous, dedicated and self-motivatedExtremely proficient in PowerPoint presentation, preparing marketing materials and able to do research independentlyExcellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including MandarinEast West Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
