Key Responsibilities
- Providing secretarial and executive support to the Student Recruitment Division;
- Provision of full range of administrative duties relation to recruiting undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment and admissions, advising prospective students, assisting in recruitment events and managing the application system;
- Additional duties may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
Have a recognized university degree ;Possess strong interpersonal, information technology and administrative skills;Be proficient in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua);Be a good team player, attentive to details. Highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
