Operations Business Analyst / Project Manager, Leading Investment Bank

Responsibilities

• Lead Settlement / Clearing projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business goals.
• Elicit and document detailed requirements, user stories, and process flows via stakeholder workshops.
• Analyze business processes, identifying gaps and designing future-state solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks with effective mitigation strategies.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
• Oversee UAT, coordinate test execution, and train operational users.
• Track progress, report to steeringmittees, and maintainpliance documentation.
• Drive process improvements and digital innovation in Operations workflows.
