Job Descriptions :
- As the Account Manager of the assigned agencies, drive APE growth and activity ratio of agency under respective Agency Zone effectively through in-depth KPI study and business analysis
- Drive recruitment and headcount growth of agency under respective Agency Zone through close involvement in recruitment activities, including but not limited to interview agency leader and agent prospects
- Drive MDRT growth of agency under respective Agency Zone through MDRT motivational activities
- Perform business consultant role to provide constructive ideas to agency leaders and provide feedback to business enablers
- Build professional agency management model in agency through close involvements in agency business planning activities, including but not limited to attending monthly leader meeting, quarterly planning meeting, annual planning meeting, etc. and participate in agency strategy development activities.
- Build quality agency force through execution of compliance monitoring measures and pro-actively identify area for agency quality enhancement
- Enhance people development through effective supervision to drive Zone members to achieve higher goals and better results. Ensure Zone members to be committed to the Company’s goals and values, and highly motivated to contribute to Company’s success through staff engagement
Job Requirements :
