Tracks Trainee, Racing / 跑道護養員（培訓計劃）

The Job

You will :

• Assist in Raceday surface preparation, site inspection
• Assist in implement track and machine maintenance activities such as material top-up, machine preventative service schedule, SOP, etc.
• Operate various agricultural and horticultural equipment and machinery (e.g. tractor w / harrow / float / wheel packer / drag, motor grader, water truck, articulated equipment, starting gate).
• Develop machinery operation skill for maintenance and sampling of All Weather Track and Sand footing.
• Develop working knowledge on Tracks, trotting ring, artificial, synthetic tracks and ground maintenance, racetrack assessment etc.
• Co-ordinate with various internal department to ensure the daily operations run smoothly
• Assist in project management and data collection for track studies.
• Perform a variety of administrative and clerical support
• be required to work outside of Hong Kong
