Leasing Officer / Assistant Leasing Officer

Responsible for handling leasing, tenancy agreements, property management, site visits arrangements and negotiation with tenants etc.

• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estates, Property / Facility Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years experience in leasing and property management field - Knowledge in landlord / tenancy law and leasing procedures - Excellent command in both spoken and written English
• Pro-active, customer oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
