Responsibilities :
Handle general office administration duties and support to internal departments and frontline shops.
Handle stores repair and maintenance
Maintain staff attendance and MPF administration, monthly payroll processing
Ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements :
High Dip or above in business administration or any related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in PC in MS Word, Excel (V-lookup)
Self-motivated, positive, independent, organized and good interpersonal skills
Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and able to work under pressure
Immediate available is preferred
