Senior Manager, Technical Services (Sustainability)

Reporting to the Director, Technical Services, we are looking for a seasoned leader to lead the Sustainability team and propel HKSTP towards achieving Net Zero mission by 2035.

The Position

• Formulate comprehensive sustainability strategies and actionable plans to achieve Net Zero targets for HKSTP and its community
• Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), actionable items, timeline, budget and resources required for successful implementation of sustainability initiatives
• Establish success criteria and measurement principles to reach the ultimate goals
• Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics in alignment with industry standards and corporation objectives
• Build processes to engage relevant professionals, stakeholders and collaborate with respective teams / divisions to lead and achieve the Net Zero mission
• Research new technological products and services in sustainability, drive their adoption and test the results before widespread use
• Monitor and devise improvement plans to uphold / enhance various ESG ratings
• Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management
