Finance Director / AD - Global Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance, accounting, audit, tax, and transfer pricing matters across regional entities
• Coordinate with external accounting providers to ensure timely preparation of monthly, year-end statutory accounts, and financial statements
• Deliver monthly reporting packages to Group Accounting in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
• Manage external audit processes
• Ensure all tax reporting requirements are met, including operational and fiscal reporting
• Fufill all regulatory requirements, including capital, liquidity requirements and all filings
• Work closely with regional and headquarter finance teams
• Report to local management on all financial matters
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Independent and responsible for local finance projects
