Director, Wholesale Distribution, Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement aprehensive sales and distribution strategy for wholesale clients, primarily in Hong Kong and China, with potential expansion across APAC.
• Analyze and segment client profiles to prioritize engagement and drive sales initiatives effectively.
• Collaborate with management to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and meet established targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regional wholesalers, including private banks, wealth management firms, securities firms, retail banks, and other online and offline distribution platforms.
• Lead and manage projects independently while driving accountability for sales performance.
