Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 10+ years of financial management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (preferably in a publicly listedpany) Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent) Listedpany Secretary qualification and experience is an advantage Proven expertise in corporate finance, budgeting, cost control, and risk management Strong knowledge of Hong Kong financial regulations, listing andpliance rules, and international accounting standards Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements. A collaborative team player who works well with all levels

Head of Finance / Finance Controller
Job Description
- Report to the CFO;
- Responsible for financial reporting and consolidation, financial planning and analysis, tax planning, treasury, risk management;
- Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting and analysis to facilitate management's decision-making;
- Handle the full spectrum ofpany secretarial services to ensurepliance with all listing statutory requirements, and advise the Board on Hong Kong Listing Rules and all relevantpany announcements;
- Optimize thepany’s capital structure and manage investment and funding requirements;
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration;
- Other ad-hoc assignments as needed
