Position overview
As the (Senior) CRM Executive at Vita Green, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing loyalty programs, CRM systems, and VIP reward programs. You will work closely with different parties to develop and implement CRM strategies to acquire new members, or to enhance members’ experience. Requirements
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and optimize loyalty programs, customer journeys, CRM system and VIP reward program.
- Assist in developing, planning and execution of CRM strategies, customer journeys and promotions according to the Group’s objective to achieve KPIs as assigned.
- Analyze database for formulating CRM initiatives in order to drive sales, acquisition and loyalty of members.
- Experience in launching / running Membership App.
- Assist in CRM technology enhancement projects to improve customer loyalty and engagement, ensuring the effective implementation of innovative solutions.
- Plan and organize creative CRM campaigns, workshops or events to enhance members’ experience.
- Design and create promotional messages and materials to deliver effective and seamless communications engaging members via in-store POP, eDM, social media platforms and etc.
- Liaise and work closely with internal or external parties to ensure efficient operations and timely rollout of CRM activities.
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Maintain Data Quality via regular database cleansing or campaign operation.
Who we’re looking for
Degree holder in Business, Marketing or similar field with at least 3 -5 years working experience in CRM field, preferably in Retail industry.Experience with BI & visualization tools and strong analytical skills.Expertise in CRM software(e.g. Oracle ORCE, Hubspot)Experienced of developing CRM strategy and program.Strong understanding of CRM, database management and segmentation.Excellent communication skills with creative mindset.Good communication skill and presentation skill to all levels of stakeholders.Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output.Experienced in Digital Transformation project is a plus.Benefits
