Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, enhancement and maintenance of our Management Information System
- Conduct various financial analyses to support management strategies and decision making;
- Develop, maintain and housekeep web-based Insurance Library and ensure all forms and supporting material are relevant and up-to-date;
- Support SM, Insurance Sales Planning and Strategic Management to perform ad-hoc assignments and projects if necessary;
- Manage administrative tasks such as information update, record maintenance, document preparation, meeting material and follow-up on pending cases;
- Provide sales supports to frontline and Insurance Services teams and handling enquiries where necessary;
- Help to organize team building and award events
Incumbent Requirements :
Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in bank or insurancepanies with good understanding of bancassurance is a MUSTProficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.Goodmand of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
