We are looking for someone with :

Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines and at least 7 years of experience in sales analysis / MIS reporting roles, preferably with Insurance and / or Banking sector

Strong commercial sense, good analytical mind and system project skills.

Proficient in using Excel, VBA and other statistical tools.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position.

On the job you will :

Explore new business opportunities and upcoming trend with external / internal reports / research / data support

Assessment basing on the market intelligence and data to brainstorm new business strategies / programs

Design new business development campaign / program to drive specific business focus

Work cross-channels and technology teams to ensure the timely and quality release of programs

Monitor project development progress and work closely with project workgroup to make sure that it’s within keep-on-track

Manage multiple projects simultaneously within set deadlines
