A well-established global brand in professional power tools is seeking an ambitious and independent individual to spearhead business development in emerging overseas markets. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone ready to take full ownership and grow a market from the ground up
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand brand presence in underdeveloped regions
- Manage dealer relationships and drive sales performance
- Organize product trainings, demonstrations, and promotional events such as road shows & seminars for end users
- Collaborate closely with head office and provide regular market insights to senior management
- Business trips to selected regional markets
Requirements :
DSE / HKCEE or Diploma or aboveMinimum 4 years of international sales experience ( finished products ONLY ; factory-based roles not suitable)Exposure to overseas markets such as Southeast Asia, Europe, or North AmericaStrong business acumen, planning skills, and ability to work independentlyNative Cantonese with proficiency in English and MandarinPassion for business development and building market presence from scratchBackground in power tools or hardware industry is a big plus (candidates from top brands highly desirable)Excellent communication and organizational abilitiesProficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, reporting tools)Benefits :
