Revenue Controller

Our Asia Finance team is seeking a Revenue Controller to join our team. The Revenue Controller works as a business partner to engage partners and their teams, delivering pricing and budgeting support for clients, actively managing inventory, ensuring timely billing and collections, and providing insight and reporting on client and matter profitability while ensuring adherence to firm guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and manage billing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide timely updates on critical areas, including time recording, WIP conversion, and cash collection.
• Address client queries regarding invoiced fees, accruals, or other detailed information.
• Oversee complex billing requirements including multi-jurisdiction, multi-practice group, and e-Billing requirements.
• Coordinate billing and credit control requirements with allocated partners.
• Work closely with the wider Finance team to ensure a well-rounded knowledge of strategic issues impacting the firm’s financial risk profile.
• Collaborate with Finance and other Business Services teams to ensure service delivery to the Practice Groups.
