职位描述

Your Role

  • Negotiate the most favourable renewal rates and terms of site lease
  • Acquisition of radio base station sites and repeater sites
  • Coordinate Integrated Radio System (IRS) Project with Mobile Network Operators
  • Negotiate with site owners and / or their agents for the site acquisition and relocation of existing sites to meet the expansion and implementation program at the most favourable rate available
  • Main interface with the relevant parties including site owners, engineers and site technical supervisors for the smooth installation and commissioning of IRS projects
  • Coordinate with internal parties in planning and implementation for the radio base station development.
  • Handle the complaints from the site owners

To Succeed in the Role

  • Associate Degree /  Degree holder in Business Management, Estate Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ experience in site acquisition and experience in cell site acquisition is preferred
  • Self-motivated, good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Managerial Grade
