Compliance Officer - Global Asset Management

职位描述Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in apliance role within financial services, preferably asset management. Strong understanding of APAC regulatory environments. Experience with AML / CFT frameworks and regulatory filings. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both traditional and simplified Chinese (written and reading). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Marketing &munications : Review and approve marketing content to ensure it aligns with internal policies and regional regulations.
- Regulatory Support : Prepare and manage filings and documentation required by local regulators.
- Risk & Controls : Conduct assessments related to anti-money laundering and financial crime, and support internal teams with guidance and updates.
- Collaboration : Work closely with regional and global teams onpliance initiatives and projects.
- Language Skills : Ability to read and write in both traditional and simplified Chinese is required.
