Our local team in China understands the local culture and business environment andbines this with global reach to provide seamless services for those clients that are expanding into the global marketplace, either through foreign acquisitions and mergers or restructuring the global supply chain.

Work you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of clients and handle their International and Hong Kong tax matters
• Advise on a wide range of tax matters frompliance to planning with a focus on Pillar 2 and Hong Kong’s QDMTT
• Apply practical technical knowledge when working with clients on business and tax projects
• Assist partners and directors in identifying and developing solutions for clients in view of changes in tax and accounting regulations in Hong Kong and globally
• Lead cross-border tax related projects for clients including multinational and local clients
• Understanding and explaining the implications of expansion, acquisition, divestment, and reorganization in local and international contexts
• Work closely with other service lines ( Audit, Consulting) and other Deloitte offices in China or overseas to deliver cross-functional and / or cross-border projects
