About Our Client
Our client is an expanding child development center that has been serving the community for over 5 years. They are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to manage daily inquiries, handle reception duties, and oversee office administration tasks.
Responsibility
- Addressing questions and concerns from parents, students, and staff via phone, email, or in person.
- Offering details about programs, courses, enrollment procedures, and schedules.
- Keeping accurate records of student registrations, attendance, and feedback.
- Assisting in the organization of school events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Collaborating with teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Striving to create a welcoming and supportive environment for students and their families.
Requirements :
DSE or equivalent.Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in an educational setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with databases or customer management systems.Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.Having experience with School-Chat, ClassDojo, or other educational communication tools will be an advantage.Click "Apply Now" to apply for this position or call Andy Lo at +852 3180 4937 for a confidential discussion.
