The Job
- Provide administrative support to internal and external users of Intertek systems
- Support client portal setup and administration
- Support user inquiries and system problem logs, prepare and manage the system change requests
- Assist in data preparation, data housekeeping and data extraction
- Prepare training material, support user training and demonstration
- Work with IT and business development and the clients in determining the best fit solution to client
