Job Responsibilities :
The role will be instrumental in the design of differentiated value propositions for strategic customer segments to deliver customer value and business performance.
- Manage and formulate HNW strategies in terms of product propositions, underwriting, distribution and servicing, to boost the business
- Design differentiated value propositions for HNW / UHNW in HK & SG, Mainland Chinese and off-shore HNW / UHNW segments with unique anchors on wealth and protection solutions, synergizing product, underwriting and servicing channels to deliver quality client experience and establish Pru’s competitive advantages
- Lead the collaboration with Product and Channel teams to drive our propositions and cross business referrals to capture growing connectivity needs and business growth in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bermuda, etc..
- Formulate strategic partnership and collaborate with external and internal partners to expand customer acquisition channels and launch new customer privileges / services / events / enablers to enhance the overall value propositions for HNW / UHNW customers
- Lead the development and management of HNW / UHNW sales journey, financial planning process and customer wealth journey, to ensure robust risk controls when distributing investment solutions in accordance with regulatory and internal requirement and policies
- Collaborate with Chief Product Officer, Chief investment Officer and channel owners to define and make available the most suitable managed solutions, formulate distribution strategies under different market scenarios for a streamlined customer and sales journey
- Work seamlessly with Product Governance, Underwriting, Case Management and Business Risk Control, leading implementation and oversight of policy and governance frameworks, procedures, practices and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance
- Provide insights on improving HNW / UHNW performance, in terms of business perspective, operational efficiency, product competitiveness, etc.
- Conduct analysis that transforms financial data into business decision-making information to support business assessments and recommendations to senior management
- Develop multi-channel customer acquisition and growth strategies to acquire new-to-Pru, upgrade quality customers to accelerate the HNW / UHNW customer base growth
- Build, expand and maintain a competitive range of propositions and services that may emerge across HNW / UHNW customers
- Deliver the target business outcome, subject to the resources plan and regulatory requirements
- Maintain the highest standard of excellence with regular monitoring of client satisfaction
Job Requirements :
Degree holder in any disciplineMinimum 15 years of working experience in the banking / insurance or related industries with strong customer centricity focus to deliver exceptional quality services and experience for customersSolid background and proven track record in leading HNW / UHNW product proposition / commercializationPrior experience in a central / regional function, creating initiatives to improve local market deliveryAbility to lead and build an initiative from scratch and to handle high level of ambiguityExcellent influencing skill in dealing with executive and senior level management and strong leadership across functional teams to drive improvementStrong outcomes focus with adaptability, sound judgement and able to make tough decision, and accountability in deliveryStakeholder management experienceAbility to also speak a South-East Asian language will be a plus
