Job Responsibilities
- Work on the Executive Floor operation
- Provide daily check-in, check-out & reservation duty
- Provide excellent service (including F&B service) and engagement with guests at the Crown Club
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. If necessary, promptly report to their superiors
- Coordinate with internal departments in order to handle requests and complaints
- Maintain the booking schedules for hotel rooms, transportation, and facilities
