职位描述Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field. Over 8 years of relevant work experience in information security management or system construction. Familiarity with ISO27001, ITIL, GDPR regulations, and other standards. Knowledge of "Four Laws and Two Regulations" and tiered protection requirements under national laws and regulations. Understanding of relevant information security theories, knowledge of mainstream information security technologies, and experience with security vendor products and solutions. Strong communication and coordination abilities, a sense of responsibility, team cooperation spirit, attention to detail, clear logic, and strong learning capabilities. Proficient in documentation. Preference will be given to those familiar with information security risk assessments, the implementation content and processes of information security consulting projects, and those with experience in the telecom sector.

Responsibility
- Develop and improve the company's information security management system, formulating primary information security management measures, accountability systems, work processes, etc.
- Supervise, inspect, and report on the implementation of information security work in various departments as required by regulatory bodies and the parent company. Organize and analyze the information security operation status, create basic solutions, and guide their implementation.
- Establish mechanisms for the security assessment of new technologies and new businesses. Organize and implement security assessments and rectifications, and report to higher regulatory units and the parent company.
- Cooperate with information security assurance and emergency response for major national events and significant emergencies.
- Organize company-wide information security education and training programs.
