What you’ll do

• Responsible for recruitment operation & create a great candidate experience through the hiring journey
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle such as job advertisement and promotion, conduct screening, interviews and assessments, onboarding process
• Arrange background checks and other onboarding formalities
• Maintain candidate database, and ensure data are updated timely and accurately
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to develop effective recruitment strategies and messaging targeted towards frontline positions
• Ensure and support the implementation of internal policies, procedures, and regulations in daily work.
