Vice President, Real Estate Private Equity

Location :  Tokyo, Japan

We are seeking a Vice President to join a prestigious global real estate private equity firm, recognized for its robust investment pipeline across multiple asset classes and sectors. This leadership role will report directly to senior management and collaborate closely with regional teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Spearhead investment and asset management strategies in Japan.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with regional management and teams to align strategies and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new investment opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Fluency in Japanese and English.
  • Proven experience in real estate private equity or investment banking.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

    • Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Associate position.
