职位描述Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management (card related experience is preferred) in the banking industry in HK Proficient in digital transformation and innovative product engineering Strong understanding of banking regulatory frameworks, particularly in dealing with regulators Strong problem-solving ability; analytical and critical thinking Open-minded; team player; willing to challenge status quo and run extra mile Strong business sense; goodmunication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Job Description :
- Assist to develop the retail product strategy and functional features to improve customer experience and meet growth targets, leveraging insights from market research and customer data
- Familiar with the retail card products, customer needs andpetitor landscape card value proposition and feature development, card acquisition & usage and etc
- As the product owner, lead across departments to implement digital transformation projects to build technology and operation infrastructure throughout the product development cycle
- Work closely with regulatory bodies and internal riskpliance functions to ensureprehensivepliance and risk management
- Manage daily operations and set up policies and procedure to ensure efficient operation andpliance with relevant rules and regulations
