职位描述To lead a team of technicians and / or independently handle the daily maintenance, inspection, repair and emergency troubleshooting of various facilities and systems in the building. To provide technical support and make suggestions for improvement actions to the technician team. To perform other duties as assigned by the manager. To monitor and coordinate the work details, work progress, workmanship, safety, etc. of outsourced contractors. To submit work records, material list and check list. Form 5 or above, holder of certificate or diploma above in electrical / building services / other related engineering, etc. is an advantage. 5 years or above of property maintenance and front-line management experience in buildings, hotels, or shopping malls. Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (A0 or above), Licensed Plumber, Painting, Builder's, etc. is an advantage. Ability to work in a team and work independently Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and simple English. Perform shift duty and be on duty during typhoon and other emergencies. Less experience will be considered as Senior Technician.
