As the Human Resources Manager for Hong Kong and Singapore, you will lead HR initiatives providing strategic support to Partners and practice heads. You will serve as a vital ambassador for the firm, acquiring invaluable insights and knowledge from external engagements to enrich their business strategies. Your leadership will ensure their HR plans are delivered with consistency, adhering to best practices and legal standards.

This pivotal role will leverage your HR expertise to drive performance management and employee retention. You’ll support region-wide HR projects and initiatives, collaborating closely with business leaders to support their growth in Hong Kong and beyond.

With over a decade of HR management experience in professional services, consultancy, or partnership settings, you will bring adaptability and excellent communication skills in English to navigate complex interactions successfully.
