System Analyst

Responsibilities :

Engage in system design, development, testing, and change management activities to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption;

Perform troubleshooting for technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve them;

Liaise with external service providers to ensure applications and operations comply with IT policies and standards;

Supervise service providers in reviewing the architecture and system design in accordance with cybersecurity and governance requirements;

Participate in cross-team development to ensure interfaces and system integrations meet standards;

Work with the infrastructure team to ensure systems and applications run within the expected environment setup;

Facilitate communication and collaboration between business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery;

Conduct a thorough analysis of business and system flows to identify improvement opportunities with proper documentation; and

Provide training and routine support on systems and processes to end users.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;

Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role;

Must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on programming experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Net / Java / NodeJS;

Must have at least 3 years of hands-on Azure / AWS / Google cloud computing platform experience with a proven certification;

Must have at least 3 years of hands-on system integration experiences;

Dedicated experience in any two of the following systems : Ticketing system, POS, System integration, and payment gateway;

Experience with DevOps practices;

Familiar with SQL database management systems such as MSSQL / MySQL / Oracle;

Familiar with NoSQL database management systems such as MongoDB / Redis;

Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations, such as encryption algorithms in on-premises and cloud environments;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications;

Proven team player with a mature and positive attitude; and

Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
