职位描述Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or related discipline 6+ years solid experience in mechanical engineering / tooling design gained from any industry Good knowledge on stamping / forming die design & fabrication with CAD drawing experience Good communication and presentation skill, able to work independently Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Description :
Our client is a popular sizable retail firm with plant and stores in HK and China. (No travel is required)
- Ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality according to planned protocols as well as ensure the process is compliance with internal corporate guidelines
- Study, monitor, test and make recommendations for improvement with the objective to enhance the productivity and performance level
- Develop new forming / stamping die, jig and fixtures for new tooling and process improvement
- Research and analyze design proposals, specifications, manuals and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, scheduling and maintenance requirements
- Perform technical drawings and schematics of the design of products
- Monitor operations safety, machines utilization and facilities maintenance
