Requirements

Degree holder

  • 5 years Purchasing or Shipping or Merchandising or Sourcing experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications like MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform the full spectrum of shipment and procurement function

  • Follow-up on orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure on-time delivery
  • Constantly manage stock levels to ensure orders are placed timely
  • Implement and review the procurement process, records of purchasing orders and stock management
  • Prepare regular reports to monitor the procurement activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers, factories and overseas buyers
