Job & Responsibilities :
To detail paid media plans supporting individual marketing programs to reach targeted customer segments across online search and display ads
Implement ad tracking, web analytics, and measurement tools, i.e. Google Analytics
Ad trafficking and material upload
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
Develop your own insights and recommendations by analysing campaign data
Assist with strategic planning of the overall performance marketing program and synergies between search, display ads, and other digital touch points
Assist to manage partnerships, affiliates and barter promotion with overseas channels and partners
Work closely with promotion team to design campaign and channel strategy to solve business problems
Partnerships with external agencies and vendors to achieve business goals, including but not limited to sales return and new customer acquisition
Coordinate translation work with the translator (outsource / in-house) for promotion and advertising use
Perform other duties as assigned
Do you have the following?
Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
Preferably 2-4 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates with a keen interest in e-commerce and digital marketing will also be considered
Experience in e-commerce for beauty or FMCG industry is a bonus
Detail-oriented and able to work multi-tasking is MUST
Good team player, capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese
Good knowledge of retail brands and latest market trends are an advantage
Global business experience is preferred
