We are seeking a versatile and innovative Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to lead our brand’s growth through integrated online and offline marketing strategies. This role will oversee brand management, website and app operations, content creation, campaign planning, and customer engagement initiatives. You will also guide team members to enhance their customer service skills and POS system proficiency, ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned with our corporate strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Management :
Build and manage the brand to drive sustainable sales and profit growth, aligning with corporate goals.
Translate consumer insights into impactful brand marketing programs that resonate with target audiences.
Integrated Marketing Strategies :
Develop comprehensive strategies covering branding, advertising, promotions, CRM, digital marketing, communications, and creative content.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online (e.g., social media, email) and offline (e.g., in-store promotions, events) channels, ensuring seamless integration.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including website, app, social media, and print media.
Website and App Management :
Oversee the functionality, content updates, and user experience of the company website and mobile app to enhance customer engagement.
Platform Exploration :
Proactively explore and leverage new platforms (e.g., emerging social media, e-commerce channels) to expand brand reach and optimize marketing efforts.
Collaboration and Seasonal Planning :
Work closely with Design and Purchasing departments to align marketing initiatives with seasonal strategies.
Retail and Customer Engagement :
Monitor and manage retail customer service operations to elevate customer experience.
Support retail business growth and network development through targeted marketing initiatives.
Guide colleagues in developing customer service skills and proficiency in POS system operations.
Performance Monitoring :
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance across digital and offline channels to optimize strategies and ROI.
Requirements :
Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail chain industries is preferred.
Strong project management skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven with a high energy level and a passion for achieving goals.
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, analytics tools), content creation, and website / app management.
Strong willingness to explore and adapt to new marketing platforms, technologies, and AI tools to drive innovation.
