职位描述Tertiary education or above Advertising / PR agency related experience is preferable, fresh graduates are also welcome Strategic and creative thinker Excellent team player, good communications and presentation skills Responsible, detail-oriented, willing to work long hours and under pressure Good command in both written / spoken English & Chinese, Mandarin is a plus Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing Friendly Environment Career development opportunities Five Days work week Medical
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for day-to-day account management, assisting and providing operational support to supervisors for project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality service to clients
- Preparing reports, write proposals, data research and miscellaneous documentation work
- Coordinating with internal departments to plan, organize and execute all projects
- Building and maintaining good relationship with clients
- Liaising and managing vendors / suppliers in a professional manner
