Senior Loans Sales Officer - Hang Seng Bank (HK)

Job description

Role Overview :

Achieve sales target by performing telemarketing activities in selling consumer assets products including Credit Card, Card Loan, Mortgage, Personal Loan, OD, etc.

Handle customer’s feedback in an efficient and professional manner

Assist team head to review and allocate resources to optimize team productivity

Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth implementation of various projects

Contribute to the achieving the section’s service and sales objectives

Ideal Profile :

Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retails Banking, Call Centre or Telemarketing business

Strong sales and customer service orientation

Resilient, capable to work effectively and responsibly in a dynamic environment

Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage

High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
