Working days : Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities :
- Address and resolve client inquiries via email and messaging platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle account setup procedures, including KYC verification and agreement processing.
- Assist in managing deposit and withdrawal transactions.
Qualifications & Experience :
Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Native Cantonese with business-level English, plus conversational Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher). Native Japanese speakers are also welcome.Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience in any industry.Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.Self-driven team player with the ability to work independently.Benefits
